When spraying ceramic particle adhesive, shake the wear-resistant aggregate evenly with a standard sieve and apply it to the newly sprayed coating.
7. For the convenience of operation, spraying and spreading aggregates should be carried out alternately, gradually exiting from the inside out. After the construction is completed, there should be a curing period of 8-12 hours. During maintenance, no personnel are allowed to enter the work site.
If adjacent areas require the laying of aggregates of different colors, tape (paper) should be pasted at the boundary to avoid color mixing; After the ceramic particle adhesive solidifies, excess aggregates on the surface can be removed.
After curing, the ceramic particle adhesive should be sprayed twice according to the requirements of Article 4 of the above construction method, and cured for a period of time.
