1、 Preparation before laying

2、 Ground treatment
1. Check whether the laid ground is solid, flat, and clean.
2. Before construction, remove weathered materials from the construction road surface, repair defects such as cracks, deep pits, or small holes on the ground, and ensure the smooth flow of the construction road surface.
3. Clean up oil stains or dirt on the road surface. When cleaning, a suitable cleaning agent can be used to remove it, but it needs to be rinsed clean with water.
4. Clean up road dust and obstacles, and use a fan to blow them away if necessary.
5. Ensure that the road surface is dry, and wet roads can be dried using a hot compressed air machine.
3、 Operation method
Within the scope of construction, the first step is to calculate the amount of adhesive used; Secondly, according to the design requirements, separate molds should be erected or edges should be sealed with cowhide tape or adhesive tape to facilitate the laying of different colored aggregates on adjacent areas of colored ceramic particle anti-skid pavement, avoiding color mixing.
2. Clearly allocate materials and make proper markings.
3. Quickly spread the mixture on the working surface and immediately use a scraper to remove the adhesive (which sets quickly and spreads as quickly as possible); The amount of adhesive and ceramic particles used depends on the smoothness of the road surface.
4. Sprinkle wear-resistant aggregates such as ceramic materials on the newly laid rubber layer.
5. Remove the isolation tape in about ten minutes (depending on the working environment, if the time is too short, the glue will flow, and if the time is too long, it will solidify and cannot be removed).
After the adhesive solidifies, sweep away any excess aggregate on the surface.
